Microsoft D365 FO Retail/Commerce Functional Consultant
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of experience implementing Microsoft D365 FO / AX2012
- Experience of Microsoft D365 Commerce / AX 2012 Retail implementations and support
- Two or more full lifecycle implementations with Microsoft D365 FO
- Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrade
- Experience of code / fix push to EMPOS
- Experience of setting up new stores, store migrations
- Experience of SLA based support
- Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS
- Experience of working on incident management tools like ServiceNow
- Good exposure to Finance & SCM domains and industry knowledge
- Flexible with work hours
- Work with offshore team in India and guide them with issue resolution
- Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately
- Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/manage
- Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectations
- Willingness to work in an Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Willingness to travel or relocate to work from client office as per business need
