D365 Fo Program Manager

Key  Skills:

  • Program Manager with over 10 years of comprehensive experience in implementation, development, and lifecycle management of ERP Financial systems with the ability to bring complex, overwhelming, time critical projects to success
  • Experience of managing at least 2 large scale ERP projects, knowledge of Microsoft D365 is a definite asset
  • Demonstrated / influencing leadership and cross functional teams and maintaining accountability
  • Sound knowledge of project management best practices with a wide variety of project management toolsets. Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA, ALM is preferred
  • Overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverable, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management
  • Drive PMO and Steerco meetings
  • Highly Proficient in managing multiple teams, programs, projects, budgets, resources (on-site, off-site, offshore) and objectives
  • Experienced with creating vision/mission statements, project plans, project documentation, WBS, budget schedules, managing costs and deliverables
  • Accountability for delivery to the client base, tracking project milestones of the product development and testing activities.
  • Responsibility for financial management including direct management of costs and financial reporting, as it applies to projects executed within Technology Delivery Manager’s responsibilities.          
  • Accountability for timely financial submission at project initiation and tracking through completion.
  • Responsibility for delivering and monitoring delivery to the agreed upon project plans. Work closely with Project Manager to leverage impact analysis and progress report.
  • Responsibility to lead both the internal and external governance process for all deliverables. Participate, as needed, in Client Steering Committee meetings (as hosted by Program Manager).
  • Proactive identification and management of Issues and Risks to ensure they are being resolved, escalated and managed to avoid a negative impact.
  • Ensures the early escalation of stalled or disputed issues following the issue management process. Primary escalation point for Project Managers.
  • Mediator of conflicts and preemptively removes roadblocks that may impede progress.
  • Responsibility to ensure that the teams are satisfactorily performing duties. Identify and address performance deficiencies as required.
  • Other duties as required based on project-specific client implementations
  • Experience in delivering projects using Waterfall or Agile methodologies
  • Willingness to work in an Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model
  • Must be authorized to work in the US 
  • Willingness to travel or relocate to work from client office as per business need
