Microsoft D365 FO Retail/Commerce Functional Consultant

Key Skills: 

  • 8+ years of experience implementing Microsoft D365 FO / AX2012
  • Experience of Microsoft D365 Commerce / AX 2012 Retail implementations and support
  • Two or more full lifecycle implementations with Microsoft D365 FO
  • Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrade
  • Experience of code / fix push to EMPOS
  • Experience of setting up new stores, store migrations
  • Experience of SLA based support
  • Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS
  • Experience of working on incident management tools like ServiceNow
  • Good exposure to Finance & SCM domains and industry knowledge
  • Flexible with work hours
  • Work with offshore team in India and guide them with issue resolution
  • Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately
  • Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/manage
  • Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectations
  • Willingness to work in an Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the US 
  • Willingness to travel or relocate to work from client office as per business need
